Running rough when hot

Sorry my mistake in my wording the car does not overheat or get hot , it just doesn't feel rough when I first turn it on

Possibly a bad coil pack malfuctioning when the car hit normal operating temp or MAF sensor. The CEL code should reveal the exact problem.
