Trunk won't open

I own a Mercedes Benz clk 320 1999 my remote ,
key and trunk latch don't work on opening the
trunk. I recently replaced the #2 fuse as when I got
it was missing so I replaced it so I could lock the
doors but I can't open the trunk now the key goes
in but doesn't turn what do I do

You may have to push in and turn it hard. I have seen many of these be difficult to open.

If pushing the key up while turning it back and forth BOTH WAYS wont do it then you may have another issue. Is there not a key hole under the cap cover on the drivers door handle?

What cap cover?I don't believe I have tried this yet . I'm getting new batteries in my remote to try the wireless remote out on it
