My horn on my 2002 Mercedes CLUB 430 stopped working, is this a fuse, or does it need replacement?

The most usual issue would be a fuse. Your MBZ is over 14 years old and the fuses do get tired and old and tired just as we do. Check the wiring also and make sure the connections are clean and secure if the fuse does not fix the problem. The horn button on the steering wheel would be the next item to check. The horn itself would be the last thing that may go wrong, but that does not mean it has not stopped working. If you live in Chicago or New York, it more than likely has worn out. :-)

I lived in Iowa for 21 years and visited Chicago often, and was there just last year. I was in NYC this late winter and so I am speaking from experience. Just like handcuffing and Italian to keep him from talking, remove the horns from cars and no one will drive in NYC or Chicago. Did you get your horn problem figured out?
