My convertible top leeks , the top looks great but rain pours  above both driver and passenger windows.

did you inspect the connection between top and top of windshield...something tells me there should be a compliant round seal there~ check to make sure that a seal at that location is not missing~

A really good cure for leaking seals on doors, tops, windows, etc is Pure Silicone Grease. Its uses are very well know in the automotive, marine and diving industries. Make sure it is pure silicone grease, Lithium grease, Silicone sprays, etc are not the same. Some places may call it Dielectric grease. Permatex is one of the makers of this product
