Mercedes 2004 Clk 320

My car won't turn over. I had a tuneup, brand new
battery put in and it still won't turn over. New
battery in my remote.The light come on and
everything. The cars says there are no malfunction.
It cranks but won't turn over. Help me please!

Your starter has gone dead. Had the same problem. No warning lights for it. Have it towed to a dealer.

If a new battery was put in, do you need to have it matched to the computer? Check and make sure all the wires are connected and tight. Was the battery fully charged? If the battery is weak, it will run everything but not turn over the starter. Try a jump start and see if it is charging via the carburetor if it starts. If you can jump start it, it is not the starter, rather am possible bad battery. It has happened before. I once hat seven batteries put in from Sears until I got one that would work. They put it in, so it was nothing I did.
