I over filled the transmission and drained it

yikes- now you will have to take the car to a Mercedes specialist- what you should have done in the first place-

I have a dipstick and the fluids are at the transmission level. when I put it in gear all the gears are like neutral. what should i check

AAMCO. Free diagnosis, or go to them and ask what can be done o0n your own. Less cost than a dealer. Did you drive it after the overfill? You may of done some damage to a pump or gasket. If you drove it, how far did you go and highway speed or city driving? How did you discover you had too much fluid? Did it overflow after driving?
