I have a 2001 E430 Mercedes Benz that knocks(clunk) when i coast, accelerate or decelerate too quickly. The sound comes from the rear mostly maybe left rear? I installed new rear flex disc. Any Ideas?

Check the flex disk is done up properly, check sub frame for play in the mounting bushes and generally all suspension links. Mercedes are also good at breaking springs so check the top couple of coils too.
