Yes, codes po131, 135, 137, 151, 157 are O2 sensor related. I would first concentrate on the po300 random miss fire code first. A miss fire will damage the catalytic converter. P0300 CHEVROLET - Cylinder Misfire Detected Random Cylinders...Possible causes; Faulty spark plug (s), Faulty ignition coil (s), Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s), Intake air leak, Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted, Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection, Ignition coils harness is open or shorted, Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection, Insufficient cylinders compression, Incorrect fuel pressure...The P0300 code means that a cylinder(s) is misfiring or is randomly misfiring. Start by checking for intake leaks, intake gaskets are common caused of multi-cylinder misfiring. If no leak are found the next step is to replace the spark plugs. If the problem persists more tests needs to be done to diagnose problem........P0758 CHEVROLET - 2-3 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical...Possible causes; Low transmission fluid level, Dirty transmission fluid, Faulty 2-3 Shift Solenoid, Valve 2-3 Shift Solenoid Valve harness or connectors, 2-3 Shift Solenoid Valve circuit is open or shorted...More info below on the O2 sensors..

The way the engine is running (po300) may be causing the O2 sensor problems along with a bad catalytic converter. But here is a video on the po135 code... https://youtu.be/RKpbsJZatWo .....not to say they may need replacing, P0157 CHEVROLET - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2...Possible causes; Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 harness is open or shorted, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 circuit poor electrical connection, Inappropriate fuel pressure, Faulty fuel injectors, Intake air leaks, may be faulty Exhaust gas leaks...Replacing the Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 usually takes care of the problem.
