I have no fire to the plug wire's from the cap?

I have replaced the Cap, Rotter, Plug's, Plug Wire's, Coil, Coil Igniter, Distributter Model, And all the Fuse's as well as Relay Fuse's in the driver side Kick pan as well as under the Hood.

Maybe the timing belt is bad, and not turning over the camshaft. Check the timing belt.
A little history may help with the diagnosis. So what happened. The vehicle was running fine then.......?.
I went to a friends house and the rotter was broken once I got there. I replaced all of those parts then. I had gotten the parts the day before becouse I noticed a sluggish responce in motor and it had not been done for about 60,000 miles before that
The rotor for the brakes? Or the rotor in the distributor broke? Pull the distributor cap off and have someone turn over the engine and see if the rotor is turning.
