My radio shuts off and the screen of the radio says BMW Assist Disabled. I can't use my radio until it will suddenly turn on.  How do i turn this off?

I am having the same problem with my 2016 Z!!! somebody please tell me how to fix this!

I know its a bit old, but having exact same issue with an 05' Z4. Anyone figure how to solve this?
