it has a part that muves tu side tu side relesing the belt loock it up in the manual boock
the tensor is normally located closer to the passenger side of the vehicle. it has a 17 mm nut on it. use a socket wrench to pull it back. and depending on how strong you are you may need a pipe on that wrench if its still in good shape.push the wrench drivers side to loosen.
