car loses gas presser with making new key

just buy a 01 vw jetta car work really good i lost my key. i called the locksmith
he came program me a new key when i first start the car it went from on lights
to ecp light is on so i drive donw the street. i lose power on the trottle.like it
wort give gas presser to go. idk what to do.

Should have gone to the dealer first , Now it sounds like it will have to go there anyways for a reflash ? ?
