2001 vw jetta vr6 drivers side window not rolling down

The drivers side window on my 2001 vw vr6 is not
rolling down. The other windows all work and I
have replaced the number 14 fuse and the problem
is still only with the drivers side window

Mine did the same thing. It was the wiring harness in the frame of the door. Apparently, it's a common problem.
