How to go about red power sterring light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced battery then right after I have no power sterring what's so
ever. Is there a something that can done at home or is this a bigger
issue.

Find an open area and do the following.at less than 20 mph Drive straight ahead for about 30 feet, than turn the wheel all the way to the left than all the way to the right, than back to straight ahead. If that does not work you do have a bigger issue.
