How should I go about this situation ?

So I have an Question, The other day I was in
an Car Accident and 18 wheeler hit a car
infront of me which made me hit the back of
him There was really not much damage but
the bumper had a couple Scratch’s On it. so I
was able to drive away in my car. Once I
arrived to the hospital I was there for about
maybe 3 Hours I come out my car is Running
hot no antifreeze in the car so I’m Guessing
the impact made me loosen a hose in the
radiator so I park my car in a neighborhood
I’m familiar with I come back to my car my car
Has been vandalized windows busted and
Rims are gone. How would my Insurance
handle that yes I still owe on the car $11000
to be exact Need help on determining whether
I should go through insurance or just fix it ?
Would they total it blue book value of my
vehicle is $3000

I think you are screwed. Since you rear ended the guy in front of you it is probably your fault (sucks I know). You can try to make a claim on the 18 wheelers insurance but they will still only pay what the car is worth, not what you owe and they certainly will not pay for the vandalism.

It also would be nearly impossible to link the coolant leak and resulting overheating to the accident. You can try but the odds are against you my friend.
