1999 Tahoe wont start

99 tahoe 5.7 4x4 wont start. It turns but no fire. I haved
replaced icm plu and plug wires distributor and had it
retimed. The whole spyder. O2 sensors (4) fuel pressure
sensor map sensor starter and battery. Throttle position
sensor. Its cold here. When it happened i could hear my fuel
pump. Now i believe i cant hear it. Any suggestions??

Check for power and ground signal to you ignition coil, I've replace quite a few of that type coil
