Replaced throttle body on 99 passat

VW throttle body relarn process is as such. Turn the key to on, listen to the throttle body until it stops clicking and humming then start the car, let it warm up until the fans come on then go for a drive (If you need to play with the gas pedal to keep it running so be it FOR NOW) . Mix city and higway driving you need frequent stops and a high speed run to properly calibrate it. While getting on the highway floor it, wide open throttle and make sure you get the revs up to 5000 rpms in a pulling gear (3rd in a manual, 2nd in a automatic). Then take er home, shut it down and let it cool for an hour then go for a casual drive. My VW was a pain for a couple days after having the battery unhooked and never felt 100 percent right until almost a week went by, I hope this helps.
]ijust put on a new throttle body on a 99 passat 1.8t & the car starts & acts like its going 2 idle & then it stalls out. Does anyone have any idea as why or as how to reset the thing?
I told you how above, if you don't believe me go to the vw vortex forums. That's where i learned it when I was having the issue with mine
I just put a throttle body and a new air power hose but it is still acting like it's not get enough fire to actually start.
