2003 v6 passat, had to replace Cam shifter and now we have steam(for lack of a better explanation) coming from the passengers side front grill. What could this be from?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What would cause steam from the passenger side front grill? Does it have anything to do with the work the dealer did?
