I think they use a full sized tire as a spare on your truck. You may not need a spare. When was the last time you had a flat tire? It's been 25-30 years for me.
The spare is the exact same size as the real tires on the SUV.
A Suburban spare will not fit, so not all suv's are the same....call around to junkyards for a wrecked one....you have to have the same lug nut pattern not just tire size.

You can take it to a tire place and get new tires put on the car and if the tires are warn out on the car I'd call the towing and put the car in the back of the towing truck and maybe the towing truck can take the car into less Schwab place and put it in the shop to get brand new tires on the car and the car will be as good as new with new tires put on the car
just use the same size as the tires on the truck. As far as the rim, you need one from another 4x4 blazer/jimmy/s10 truck. Or a corvette. Its not just for the lug pattern, but the backspacing as well.
