Accessory/cigarette plug won't work

2006 Cooper convertible accessory in front of shifter won't work.  Can't  I.D. fuse in
passenger fuse box.

It was a 2009 not 06, found fuse #44, 20 amp, pass. side. Replaced it but still not working. Took receptical out checked it, it's fine, no current going to receptical. Now what?
