Why do none of the buttons on the radio work?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have the Harmon Kardon premium sound, but the only button that works on the radio is
the power button/volume dial. I just got the car, so I don't know if I have a multi-disk
changer (because the buttons don't work) or if I even have Bluetooth (I have the phone
button on the steering wheel but it doesn't do anything nor does the R/T button).

you will have to read the codes to see if there is something wrong with the modules. start with that.

There's nowhere to read it. This is an R52 model, so there's no screen and no error comes up.
