Misfiring

I have a 97 astro van i got a few months
ago that had the main gasket replaced
recently and it ran great. After a few weeks
i noticed it starting to misfire or back fire
trying to get pass 80kmh. I then used fuel
injector cleaner and it showed no
improvement after a week of no funds it
got worse started losing power everywhere
terrain does not matter but hills kill her.so i
changed pcv valve spark plugs air filter
and ignition coil. Its even worse now.. she
doesn't want to start and when she does it
sounds terrible and after changing ignition
coil i got a engine light that i never had
before. Please help
