97 chevy blazer

So my Blazer has been acting gutless not
wanting to start, but I can get it to start by
rolling it and popping the clutch or putting
gas into the intake. Any input would be verry
helpful

    97 Blazer w/ 4.3, occasional backfire (not all the time), will run but low power on flat land, very little power on even slight inclines & will completely die on steep hills...ideas? Trying to star...
