My passenger rear directional stops working shortly after start-up, rear driver's taillight goes out and front driver's amber light comes on when applying brake.  Is this a relay issue or something else?

Um, maybe you can re phrase your question cifire? What is a 'passenger rear directional"? The turn signal? I do however think I get the rest of your post. seems there is a short somewhere, causing electric current to flow where it should not be, the front 'running light' being lit by brake application may be several things. Ok, well, I hope somebody pipes up that knows, otherwise it's time to begin tracing wires for short circuits. A relay? No.

Everyone and anyone who is having issues with their Jeep NEEDS to file a complaint with the NHTSA! This is the only way this issue is going to be resolved. We can cry all we want on these forms, but with enough complaints a recall will be issued! I know it sucks because I have all these issues, but PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT! http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/owners/SearchResults
