Try RockAuto.com or summit racing they sell higher quality but there is your ballpark ..the 030-040 on some of the parts refer to oversize if bored out and rod bearings same, if crank has been machined you need thicker bearings
I'd put a reman short block in it. You get it apart and it will possibly need a crank, bearings, oil pump, pistons rings, cylinders bored etc.

Yes I would suggest a short block if things are that bad on this one.
