96 Chevy cavalier dying while driving

My 96 Chevy cavalier is constantly dying
while driving I’ve changed the coil packs and
ignition module the cam and crank sensor
recently had the fuel pump replaced and fuel
filter it will just die while driving whenever it
wants and after 30 seconds or so I can start
it again any ideas what it could be

check if you have a theft system. You would have a light on the right hand side of the gage system dashboard. that will do that if it is acting up
No it doesn’t have an anti theft system and I’ve also changed the fuel pressure regulator and the four fuel injectors and still no result
OK, so, I found the culprit via esoteric sources after sifting through 100's of answers on websites with the same problems and a cheap fix came up 3 times...I forget the links but, you can do a search. Here is what worked for me....the engine coolant sensor. After I replaced it, the vehicle hasn't stalled on the freeway for over a month which restored my confidence in the car's reliability which I keep up in an impeccable condition.
