2001 GMC 1500 5.3

My truck has the code p0300 and the
engine light flashes and struggles to go up
hills. I changed the spark plugs and plug
wires. Checked the fuel injectors they
seem to be fine and I checked for leaks
they seem fine. I don’t now why else it
could be. It’s so bad now when I idle it
shakes a lot

How did you check the fuel injectors? I would measure the fuel pressure to see if it is within spec. Was it running properly before changing the plugs and wires?

No it wasn’t running good at all I put in a new transmission and before that it never had that code so I changed the spark plugs and wires. But I will test the pressure. I might as well test the coils to see if they are good too
