2006 - Sorento - How to remove lock cylinder from door handle?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What is the trick to remove the lock cylinder from a 2006 kia sorento door handle? I don't see any retaining wires, etc... It looks like there is maybe a piece of plastic at top of cylinder assembly that could be hold it on by retention, but I can't see how to lift it up to free the cylinder. Can't find ANYTHING online that helps.  Thanks!

Nevermind. The only trick was using enough force to push the cylinder out of the handle. It was very snug so took some light taps with rod to push it out. No retainer. Thanks.
