when I fill my 06 spectra with gas the gas comes back out and won't go in

all the way in a little bit in going in slow and put gas in fast nothing. all over the floor I don't think it's venting right or something

the ground. i take to nozzle you put it into the gas tank to pull the trigger and the gas doesn't go in the freaking gas tank it backs up and comes out on the ground
