Oil leak and burning oil

I have a 1996 Saturn it is leaking and burning it the
oil is spitting all over the top of the motor.We
cannot figure out where the oil is coming from.Can
u help? It is also smoking out tail pipe smoke is
white.

White smoke normally means blown head gasket. What color is oil? If looks like a milkshake then most likely blown head gasket.

low tension piston rings.. this is what i heard.. the L and LS (3rd Gen) do not have these issues.
