I bypassed heater core a while back. I've
replaced water pump thermostat and ects
today but not the egr valve. Car still over
heats within a few miles down the road.
Any ideas what to do?

Are the fans coming on when you reach temp??? Did you run any flush thru the raditor? The raditor could be clogged....

Fan motor is burned up and don't come on and haven't flush radiator because radiator is not that old

How sure are you that the fans gonna produce? If going down the road over 50 mph and motor still overheats with the plastic fan rotating? Jw no doubt on your knowledge
