I have an automatic 2002 saturn s series 4 door sedan and now my car won't go into reverse. I have not had any problems prior to this. My engine light is now on and the code is saying "Incorrect gear 2." Any ideas?

Have you had the transmission fluid changed you should change it every 30,000 miles could help with this it also could be a fuse? I replaced my trani fluid with full synthetic & it runs a lot better!

This actually isn't the right posting area for asking that question you should repost a question in the questions and answers section, your transmission fuse on a Saturn would probably be in the engine compartment near the battery it's the big fuse box near the battery I think it's a big 30 amp I'm not sure but look around there's two fuse boxes one on the passenger side interior of the car and one near the battery in the engine compartment.
