Does bluetooth work independant or must it be done through Onstar

Hi johan! Yes and no. If you are talking about your cell phone it would work independently. But I believe if you involve the system in the Suburban you will need to go through Onstar. But your salesman should be more than willing to drive to your house and set this up, and he should be delighted if you drive there and ask for help. Good luck!

Loub, Is there a way to pair my bluetooth capable cell phone with my 2007 Suburban? As for my dealer? I'd rather not involve them unless it's absolutely necessary.. Thanks

u must have an active onStar account in order to activate ur blue tooth if u want send me ur vin and will will pull ur vehicle build hwilkens@chapmanautogroup.com
