HELP ANYBODYS DIESEL 2500 DODGE PICKUP JUST SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND WANT RESTART?

WHILE DRIVING JUST SHUT OFF NO SPITTING OR SPUTTERING JUST SHUT OFF
ALL GAUGES WORKING EXCEPT THE DRIVE REVSE NUETRAL LIGHTS.

Same thing just happened to my son-in-law's that had 7k mi. on it and it's still in the shop. They had specialists look at it and they still don't know what's wrong and they have another one there with the same problem.

Yes, -No load -Drove 100 miles cool morning (60F) -5.9 Cummings goes completely dead -Launch Torque scanner (we carry on board) would not run health test, it became stuck in a test setup loop, scanner did show "unable to communicate with ECM Error, also would connect with systems test menu -30 Minutes latter truck started, ran perfectly, with no PCM DTC's Problem not yet identified, suspect corrosion around plug areas

finally fix the problem ... it was the shift selector switch wiring. two wires were link and leading to a cut in the ECM
