what can I expect next?

Asked by Cy May 16, 2019 at 07:13 PM about the 2006 Subaru Forester 2.5 X

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 2006 Forester (225Kilometers) just had timing belt , oil cooler and
crankshaft seals done.  2 weeks later now and the head gasket started
leaking.
All in all car has been kept well maintained. It was my plan to keep it after
replacing the timing belt. Now this.

What other big ticket item might I expect to do if I wanted it to serve me for
another 100,000?

1 Answer

I have no way of knowing the future but the head gaskets are a routine problem with older Subaru's.
