Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Subaru Forester that is pushing
transmission fluid out of the deferential dip stick.
I've been told something called a crush seal is bad.
Where would this be located?

Can you please tell me where the vent is located? And how to fix it thanks

Vents are on top and if they are plugged up pressure could build up inside the differential or transmission and push fluid out.
