What is a good mileage to consider for a 2007 forester

It all depends on how well maintained it was. Anything over 100K miles and no proven service records is a no go for me. Any vehicle out there is also going to have parts with a service interval of 70K to 100K miles, meaning as you approach that mileage number parts are going to need to be serviced or replaced (assuming normal wear). Can be anything from timing chains or belts to water pumps to transmissions & clutches, etc.
The lower the better don't you think? It is very hard to find an older, low mile Subaru since people hold onto them.
