Transmission slipping at take off

Slips only at take off then
pops into gear and is fine

The transmission is on it's way out. If your desperate then service the transmission and add in a quart of TransX during the refill and then drive it very gently for 15 or 20 miles then let it sit for a few days and see what happens. Sometimes this stuff can give you a few more months of driving. Good Luck.
