98 buick lesabre shakes

My 98 lesabre is shaking at all speeds if I'm
accelerating or not when I go slow about 10-15
mph it's like a big wobble. When I get up to around
60 it's more of a shaking if that makes sense. I
done replaced cv joints I have bad rotors would
that cause it to do this?

May have a slipped belt in one of the front tires rotate tires to back and see if wobble goes to back or just raise vehicles front end and run hand around tire tread to feel for a hump in tire.
