06 Sebring has trouble cranking, won't go faster than 30mps 2rpm, and slight burnt hair smell?!?!

So again I have a problem with this
Sebring... And trust me if I could get
a new car I would but I have no other
choice right now. Yesterday the car
would click and not turn on. Just one
click. But after a couple tries I got it
and then after a drive it started to act
like it was going to stall out at a red
light so i had to put it in park and
give it gas so it wouldn't turn off. The
next time I go to start it it's trying to
start but just doesn't. Power is
working. Go to try again and it has
trouble like it sounds like it almost
cranks but after holding the key on I
finally starts. You can hear the
engine trying to run normal but when
you give it gas it won't go much past
2rpm and I have to replace the
coolant after every drive. I just
replaced the air filter, oil change,
mapping sensor, and crank shaft
position sensor. It's still doing it.
Now I have no vehicle, and buses
don't really run out to my area and I
have no one to ask for a ride. Don't
have a card to take Uber/Lyft. I need
help. Please and thanks.

Also the check engine light has been on and when I got the codes read at the auto store nothing came up. The brake light also comes on and off and horn has not been working. Sounds muffled. It's a 2.7L engine.
