Po700/po888 tcm circuit never closed

Have 06 sebring stuck in limp mode will not shift,replaced shift solenoid pack
valve body, pcm skim and key for test only, the sense wire to pcm powers up
have lead and ground to relay one wire red w a black stripe shows nothing upon
test lighting and i suspect is ground been having my hat handed to me by thia
car. Maybe someone has dealt w this?? Solution would be super appreciated.

Turns out the ground cluster on drivers strut tower had two broken wires some solder and ground to neg side of battery and its good to go
