Right sliding door will not unlock with button

I have to manually lock and unlock the right sliding door of my 2006 T&C.  Is it a fuse issue?

no it might be the lock actuator motor or the wires are broken in the plastic flex track (located at the bottom of the door) there is a plug at the bottom of the door that you can unplug and with a test light or volt meter check for voltage when the locks are activated with the switch
