So ot cranks but wont fire up? It could be the fuel sending unit or the fuel filter for starters.... If not that.... it could alot of different flaws.
squirt some fuel in the intake and try may be lack of fuel
If the crank sensor is bad on a 3800 the car will not run. You can change them yourself but you must pull the harmonic balancer and get the sensor aligned properly........depending on you tools and skills, you may need to have a mechanic do the work.
