After a brand new radiator it is still runnin hot

You will need to check a few things. Is the cooling system full (were you able to get all of the air out of the system)? Has the thermostat been replaced? Are there any leaks (such as the water pump)? Are the cooling fan(s) operating when the temperature rises?
