Not getting any spark

My 04 buick lesabre custom its not getting any
spark for a week now I've been dealing with it first
it was a relay replaced that than it started right up
and drove the rest of the day parked it shut it off
and next morning it starts idles for about 5 mins
then dies does it a few more times then dies again
messed with it all day it ended up being the
thermostat replaced that start right up amd ran
the rest of the day then parked it then next
morning (today) it started idles for a bit then died
now it won't start I've switched relays and check
fuses thats all good and its even getting fuel and
the coil packs test good but its not getting spark
everyone I've talked to that has experience is
stumped what should i do?

Yeah could be I did just replace the wires and pligs about a week before it started stalling but someone said something about the cat that it could have collapsed and is creating back pressure in the engine and not wanting it to start but I didn't think that would cause it to not have spark
