how can i repair this noise

Scrapping noise can be anything. Maybe one of your plastic bumper panels loose and dragging or tire hitting the fender well?

Disc brake sounder? Inner fender out of position. My truck had that kind of starter problem, the drive would drop into ring gear when climbing hills, but the noise sure wasn’t a scraping sound, more like lifters going out. Took a Chevrolet garage a week and they couldn’t get it to do make the noise, I went there and took the service manager out with me and got it to make the sound right off. So much for dealership techs, I only went there cause of the warranty.

Could be a dust shroud in very close contact with the rotor ,
