Ticking noise in fusebox

Why is my fusebox ticking

There is probably one or more relay in the fusebox and one is making the sound.....with it ticking...you can probably put your finger on it and feel the vibration.

It should not be making a noise, the relay should be replaced before it completely fails and shuts off something you need.

It also completely died I jump started it it stayed running for 2 minutes an shut off.An when I tried to start it after that wasn't anything coming on inside until I get a jump.An that's when I heard the clicking noise? So I was wondering what the problem could be?
