1995 K2500 454 Does not shift back into park. Any Ideas?

Driving along this weekend truck popped out of D into Neutral.  Went to stop
and would not shift into park.  All other gears work perfect. I cant go underneath
and flip the lever into park but thats it.

I have the dash torn apart and even have the interlock solonoid off.
