#1 fuse blows

Directionals \  hazards stopped working
#1 fuse blows when replacing even with the
ignition off .

Turn signals require ignition swtch to be on so ur problem is the hazard circuit, try disconnecting hazard switch, if it still blows, the problem is from switch to fuse box, if it doesn't blow, the short is from switch to lights
