Truck looses power when u turn the key to the on position

Truck looses power when u turn the key to the on position
and when u apply the break and when u turn the headlights
on and has a clicking sound under the dash and the lights
in the truck flicker when u put your Hazzard lights on but
the hazards don't turn on

the only thing I can say is to contact the car company, but it may be wires crossing / chipped wires/ bad battery
Just did the ignition switch and jumped it and it was turning over but not starting and something was clicking in the cab when I had the door open and when I had the key in and it would stop when I used the break and turned the key but I went to the store to get some starter fluid and when I got back it wouldn't even turn over anymore
and I checked all my wires in and out
